6 c cooked, shredded turkey 4 c picante sauce 8 oz. cream cheese 6 c cheese
Masa: (or you can make it according to the directions on package) 3 c masa 2 c warm water 1 c shortening 1 tsp salt corn husks
Mix the filling together. Make masa and spread onto corn husks. Place filling inside (don't overfill or filling with leak out), roll and fold. Steam until masa is done. About 40 min or so. Can be frozen.
