Ingredients:
1/2 lb. bacon, finely chopped & fried crisp
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 Tbsp dried minced onion
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Ranch dressing
1 stick butter, melted
salt, pepper & garlic to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Mix bacon, breadcrumbs & dried onion flakes in a large bowl. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper & garlic, then brush with ranch dressing. Coat chicken liberally with bread crumb mixture and place on foil lined jelly roll pan that's been lightly sprayed with cooking oil. Drizzle with melted butter and bake for 30 min. (I will usually make a 9x13 pan full and cover with foil for the 20-25 min then remove it to get a nice golden brown crust).
