5 lbs potatoes (or 9 large potatoes) 1 – 8oz pkg cream cheese 2t onion salt 1 cup sour cream 1t salt ¼ t pepper 2T butter
Cook peeled potatoes in salted and peppered water and drain. Mash and add remaining ingredients. Cool. Potatoes can be used for up to 2 weeks. Place in greased casserole dish and dot with butter. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
