1 cups flour
1 cup sugar
For cupcakes:
cup cocoa
1t soda
t salt
1 cup water
cup oil
1T vinegar
1t vanilla

Filling:
1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese
1 egg
1/3 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup nuts
t salt
1 can coconut (optional)

Directions:

Cupcakes:
Sift dry ingredients and other ingredients. Beat until blended. Fill lined muffin tins 1/3 full.

Filling: Combine first three ingredients. Fold in chips, nuts, salt, and coconut. Put a tablespoon of filling mixture in each cupcake. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Can freeze after baking. Note: can use cup pecans in chocolate batter and cup pecans sprinkled on top of cupcakes before baking.
