1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 t vanilla
2 cups flour
1 pkg brickle bits (optional)
1 - 12oz pkg milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Blend in flour. Add brickle bits. Spread in 11"x 17" jellyroll pan. Cook at 350 for 15 minutes. Immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over top of cookies and allow to melt; then spread. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Cut cookies diagonally into diamond shapes.
