4 cups Bisquick
4 ounces sour cream
1 cup Club Soda (room temperature)
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Mix Bisquick, sour cream and club soda together. Pour onto floured surface and knead very lightly. Roll our to about 1/2 inch and cut with cutter. Melt butter and pour half into a glass casserole dish. Place the biscuits in the dish and pour remaining butter over the top. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
