1 egg
1 1/4 cups milk
3 tablespoons soft butter
3/8 cup flour
1 1/4 cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and mix in milk. Combine dry ingredients and add to milk mixture along with butter. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes at 450 in a greased 9x9 pan.
