1 lbs. Cooked sausage crumbled and drained and cooled
1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. Hidden Valley ranch dressing
1/2 c. chopped red bell pepper
1 package won ton wrappers (find in the produce section)

Mix the first five ingredients together. Spray mini muffin tin with non stick spray. Press won ton wrapper into each slot leaving sides up and center open. Spoon 1 tbs. of mixture into each won ton. Bake at 350 degrees 10-12 minutes or until brown. Serve hot.
