1 large package instant chocolate pudding
1 8 ounce package cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter
3 cups milk
whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Blend flour and butter with fork or pastry blender. Press into a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 until light brown, cool well. Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 1/2 cups whipped topping. Set aside. When crust is cooled, spread cream cheese mixture over it. Prepare pudding as directed on package and pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill. Top with whipped topping just before serving.
