6 - 8 pieces of chicken (breasts or thighs)
3/4 cup flour
garlic powder to taste
season salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons oil
1 medium onion chopped
1 medium bag baby carrots
4 - 6 potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water

Dredge chicken in mixture of flour and seasonings until lightly coated. In frying pan cook chicken over medium heat until browned. Place in oblong roasting pan with carrots and potatoes. Warm cream of chicken soup in sauce pan with one can of water and pour over potatoes, carrots and chicken.
Cover and bake in 350 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender.
