2 avocados, peeled, halved, pitted and diced
1 tomato, diced
small onion, minced
3 Tbsp. fresh lime juice
3 Tbsp. sake
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. thinly sliced green onion
1 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
1 Tbsp. peeled, minced fresh ginger
tsp. minced jalapeno pepper

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients on a bowl and mash coarsely.
Season with salt.

Serve with taro or corn chips.

Top crispy chilli scallion chips with roasted duck, hoisin sauce and a spoonful of this guacamole.
