6-8 apples sliced
3/4 to 1 cup sugar
2 to 3 Tbsp flour
1/2 to 1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
2 Tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put apples sliced in bowl toss sugar, flour and cinnamon and nutmeg. Put in pie shell, dot with butter, put top on apples. Bake 400 for 10 minutes and 375 for 30 to 40 minutes. Crust will be brown and bubbly make sure apples are tender.
