2/3 C SUGAR
1/2 TSP SALT
1/4 TSP NUTMEG
2 2/3 C HOT MILK NOT SCALDING
1 TSP VANILLA

Directions:
Directions:
BEAT EGGS SLIGHTLY WITH BEATER. BEAT IN SUGAR, SALT, NUTMEG, VANILLA AND HOT MILK. POUR INTO A 9 INCH PIE SHELL. bAKE FOR 10 MIN. AT 400 TURN OVEN DOWN TO
350 AND BAKE UNTIL KNIFE COMES OUT CLEAN CLOSE TO THE OUTSIDE EDGE
