3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon salt, small
1/4 cup water, (1/4 to 1/2 cup)

Directions:
Put flour in mixing bowl. Add egg yolks and salt. Add water 2 tablespoons at a time until dough is stiff and easy to roll. Divide dough into 3 or 4 parts and roll 1 part at a time until it is the right thickness. You can cut the piece of rolled dough into 4 pieces and roll up and cut with a knife the width you want. After cut, put on a floured board and let dry for a while. After dried, they are ready to cook. Boil in chicken broth or other. Some of the dough may be frozen for later use. It takes about 20 minutes to cook a batch of noodles
