2 1/2 c flout
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cloves
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 c shortening
3/4 c brown sugar
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1 c milk

Cream together shortening, brown sugar, sugar, and eggs. In separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg, cloves, and cinnamon. Add to sugar mixture. Add milk and vanilla. Mix well. Bake at 350.
