2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach cooked and drained
6 eggs beaten
2 c stovetop cornbread stuffing
3/4 c soft butter
1 c Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate for 1/2 hour.
Roll in small balls and place on cookie sheet. (Can
be frozen and taken out when ready to use.)

Bake 350 for 15 minutes--longer if frozen.
