1/2 TSP SALT
1 TSP BAKING SODA
1 TSP CINNAMON
1/2 TSP ALLSPICE
1/2 TSP GROUND CLOVES
2 C OATMEAL (QUICK)
3/4 C RAISIN LIQUID
1 C CHOPPED DATES
1 C NUTMEATS

COVER RAISINS WITH BOILING WATER AND BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES. CREAM SHORTENING AND SUGAR BEAT IN EGGS ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS IN ORDER. BAKE AT 350
