1 cut up chicken, boiled and taken off bone
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick of margarine (1/2 cup). Add 1 1/4 cups of Minute© rice (uncooked), chicken pieces, and soups. Place all in a 9x13 inch greased casserole and bake, covered, at 350º for 45 minutes. remove cover and bake additional 15 minutes.
