2 10.5 oz cans jalapeno bean dip
3 medium avacados
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 8oz. sour cream
1/2 c. mayo
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 bunch green onion chopped
2 medium tomatoes chopped
1 can chopped ripe olives
8 oz. sharp cheddar grated

Directions:

spread bean dip in 9 x 12 " dish. Mix avacados, lemon juice, salt and pepper - spread over beans. Mix sour cream amd mayo - spread over avacados. Sprinkle taco seasoning over that, layer on remaining 4 ingredients. Serve with Fritos Scoops.
