2 garlic cloves, minced (or dry minced garlic)
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 can (14 3/4 oz.) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
1-2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. pepper
Soft margarine
4-5 flour tortillas
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Salsa

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, heat oil and garlic, then add salmon, basil, and pepper. Heat over medium heat until heated through. Meanwhile spread margarine over 1 side of flour tortillas. Divide salmon and mozzarella cheese evenly between flour tortillas on side with no butter and fold over. Put on griddle (300 to 325). Cook until light brown and turn over. Serve with salsa. You can cut wedges in half.
