2 eggs
2 T. flour
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice (juice reserved from the small can of crushed pineapple)
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 small can crushed pineapple
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, flour, sugar, and pineapple juice together in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until thick. Cool. Add Cool Whip and crushed pineapple and mix well. Layer 1/2 of salad in a glass bowl, then 1/2 of cheese and repeat. Refrigerate.
