5 lb red potatoes 1 16 oz bottle ranch dressing 1/4 lb bacon crisp 2 c shredded cheese
Wash and cut red potatoes in chunks, boil until tender. Drain. Put cooked potatoes in a mixing bowl. Cover potatoes with ranch dressing, coating well. Crumble bacon on potatoes. Place potatoes in a 9x13 pan and spread cheese on top. Bake in oven 350-400º until cheese melts
