1 baked and cooled pie crust
1 c. plus 2 T. sugar
1 c. water
3 T. cornstarch mixed with 3 T. water
2 T. and 2 tsp. strawberry jello (dry)
1 tsp. red food coloring
1 qt. fresh strawberries (hulled)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook everything but strawberries until clear. Cool in refrigerator several hours. Add strawberries and put in crust. Top with Cool Whip if desired.
