6-8 MEDIUM APPLES PEELED & SLICED
1 CUP SUGAR
3 TBLSP FLOUR
1 CUP CREAM
DASH OF NUTMEG
CINNAMON TO TASTE

Directions:
Directions:
PLACE APPLES IN PIE CRUST. MIX SUGAR, FLOUR, NUTMEG & CINNAMON. ADD CREAM TO MIXTURE. POUR THIS OVER APPLES.
BAKE AT 400 FOR 10 MINUTES FINISH BAKING AT 375 UNTIL PIE IS BUBBLY AND APPLES TENDER.
