1 Duncan Hines White Cake mix
1 can coconut milk (used for pina-colada drinks)
1 packet fresh coconut
1 carton cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare cake mix according to directions on the box. Bake in 13X9 baking pan.
Poke holes (no bigger than 1/4" in diameter) on warm cake.
Shake can of coconut milk and pour over cake, especially in the holes.
Cool completely in refrigerator.
Apply cool whip over cake and sprinkle with coconut.

Be sure to use the coconut milk primarily used for pina-colada drinks from the alcohol aisle, not the ones in the Asian food aisle.
