2-3 eggs per omelet
green peppers, chopped
ham or bacon, cooked and cubed
1 tbsp milk per omelet
shredded cheese
onions, chopped
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Fill ziplock baggie with eggs and milk and any other ingredients you desire. Shake until blended, remove air, and zip baggie. Make sure it is zipped tight or water will sneak in! Cook in boiling water until done (squeeze gently with hot dog tongs to make sure it is done through).
