3/4 c. olive oil
3/4 c. cooking oil (i.e. Crisco)
1 tbsp. rosemary
4 bay leaves
1 sprig thyme
Ground black pepper & salt to taste
3 pods garlic (large) crushed
1/2 c. water
2 lbs. shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Put oils in skillet with seasonings. Add crushed garlic, saute for a few minutes on low heat. Add water and uncooked, unpeeled shrimp. Simmer for a few minutes to absorb flavors. (Great with garlic toast (for dipping in juices), boiled corn and green salad!!)
