1 1/2 lbs. boneless chicken breasts
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chili powder
1 cup corn
1 cup salsa
tortillas, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Place the chicken in crock pot. Combine lime juice and chili powder; pour over chicken. Cover and cook 5-6 hours until chicken is tender. Shred chicken (I break it up with a wooden spoon with it in the crock pot). Add corn and salsa. Cook on low for 30 minutes until heated through. Serve on tortillas with cheese, etc. Note - Recipe can be frozen for easy meal later.
