16 oz. powdered sugar

Directions:
Melt butter and chocolate in a medium sized saucepan over med-low heat. Add milk and boil until it begins to separate, stirring constantly (important). Turn off heat and add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat with an electric mixer just until creamy. Working quickly so the frosting doesn't harden, pour over the entire cake. Spread to the edges before it begins to set up, and then don't touch it until it cools. This frosting can be successfully poured over a still-warm cake.
