4 10oz. packages frozen broccoli
4 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
4 cans cream of chicken soup
2 cups mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. curry powder
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter
1 can sliced mushrooms, drained (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain and place in a large buttered casserole dish. Cover with chicken pieces. If using, sprinkle mushrooms over the chicken. In a bowl, combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Pour over chicken. Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Pour melted butter over the top.

Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes, until bubbly and browned on top.
