Crust: 1 pkg. graham crackers 1 tbsp butter, melted Filling: 4 eggs 1 1/3 c sugar 2 tsp vanilla 4 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened 16 oz. sour cream, room temperature
Mix crust and press to bottom of 10 in spring form pan. Beat eggs till fluffy and add sugar and vanilla. Whip in cream cheese and sour cream. Bake at 325º for 1 hr. Turn off oven and leave in oven for 1 more hr. Try not to open oven door during this process.
