6 heaping tbsp flour
1 cup milk

1 cup sugar
3/4 cup shortening
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and milk. Cook until thick. Cool and stir. Mix the sugar, shortening and vanilla together. Add the flour/milk mix and beat until creamy.
