Pastry for 9" pie
1 cup raisins
4 cups rhubarb, diced
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup orange juice
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan, mix raisins, rhubarb, water, orange juice, sugar, cornstarch and salt. Stir well; bring to a boil, then let simmer for 5 minutes. Add butter and cool; pour into pie crust. Bake in 450 over for 25-30 minutes.
