3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp salt
2 tsp soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp vinegar
3/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Pour 2 cups water over all and stir until moist. Pour into a 9 x 13" pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
