1/4 lb butter
1 cup sugar
4 eggs, beaten after each one
1 can Hershey's syrup
1 cup flour

Frosting:
1 1/3 cups sugar
4 tbsp milk
1/4 lb butter
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Beat brownie ingredients and bake for 20-30 minutes at 375.

Mix frosting ingredients together, excluding chocolate chips; boil for one minute. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips.
