2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
1/2 cup coconut
1/2 cup flax seed (can be whole, ground)
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the oats, coconut and flax seed in a large bowl. Bring honey, oil, brown sugar and water to a simmer in a saucepan over low heat. Toss everything together until evenly coated and then pour into a baking pan. Bake at 300 for 30 minutes, turning with a spatula every 10 minutes or until golden brown. Add the raisins. Doubling the recipe is a good idea since it goes fast! Many different dried fruits could also be added to make it even better.
