1 box yellow cake mix
1 box (4 oz) vanilla instant pudding (needs to be instant)
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 c. water
1 bar (4 oz) German Sweet Chocolate (grated)
1 bag (11.5 oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Powdered sugar,

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cake mix, pudding, eggs, oil and water. Beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 grated German Chocolate and 1/2 bag of chocolate chips. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 15" pan. Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes. When cake is done and still hot, pour remaining chocolate chips on top with the remaining grated chocolate. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
