10 beef shortribs
1 can tomato sauce
onions
carrots
potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Place shortribs in baking pan. Add 1 can tomato sauce - 16 oz. size and add onions and 1 1/2 cups water. Bake at 400 deg. for 1/2 hour, then add potatoes and carrots. Cover and bake until meat and veggies are tender; approximately 1 hour and 15 mins. Do not add extra salt because tomato sauce is salty.
