3 lbs. ground beef 80/20
5 eggs
1 1/4 c plain breadcrumbs
parsley
dash worcheshire sauce
2 fresh garlic cloves
salt/pepper to taste 3/4/tsp each
1 c old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 c ketchup
1/2 pkg dry onion soup mix
1/2 c grated cheese/1/2 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and make into loaf shape. Put in baking dish and top with any of the following choices: spaghetti sauce, cream of mushroom soup, beef gravy, mushroom gravy, ketchup, BBQ sauce, plain tomato soup, bacon strips or shredded cheese. Bake at degrees for 1 hour

I use spaghetti sauce - usually bottled, surround meatloaf with potatoes onions and carrots 1/2 way through cooking for a complete meal. You can also make into individual mini loaves for personal portions. Can use recipe for meatballs as well.
