1 lb salmon, cooked
1 1/2 cups onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
3 - 4 tbsp butter
4 medium potatoes, diced
1 cup chicken broth
3 cups milk
1 cup cream
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp thyme, crushed
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced
salt and pepper to taste

Saute onions and celery in butter until transparent and tender. Add potatoes and chicken broth and simmer about 20 minutes until potatoes are tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until salmon is hot and cheese is melted, being careful not to boil. Salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with parsley.
