1-1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
2 t. baking powder
2 c. apples, finely sliced (I use Jonathan apples)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, eggs, and nuts. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Bake in greased and floured 9"x9" pan at 325 for 45 minutes.
