Red potatoes (if large, 1-2 per person; if small 2-4 per person)

Directions:
Directions:
Slice potatoes about 1/4 thick. Spread out on heavy-duty foil (20 long x 18 wide) (can spray foil with Pam prior to spreading out potatoes)

Dash liberally with:
Onion salt
Lemon pepper
Minced garlic (or garlic salt)
Minced onion
Grated parmesan cheese

Stack slices side by side, drizzle with melted butter. Bring edges of foil together but leave room for steam expansion. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
