C finely chopped dried tomatoes
1 8oz pkg cream cheese softened
2T sour cream
C finely chopped black olives
2T finely chopped red onion
tsp lemon juice
tsp Natures Seasonings
Assorted crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Place tomatoes in small bowl, pour boiling water over tomatoes to cover. Let stand 5 min or until softened. Drain well, pat dry w/ paper towel. Stir together cream cheese & sour cream in medium bowl til well blended. Stir in tomatoes, black olives, onion, lemon juice and seasoning.
Store in fridge up to 2 days. Let come to room temperature before serving.
