6 c hot water
1/3 c oil
1/2 c (heaping) honey
1 1/2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp dough enhancer
10 c whole wheat flour
3 tbsp yeast
1/2 C softened butter
1/2 C honey
1/4 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, oil, honey, salt and dough enhancer together; add 4 c of the flour, then yeast. Add more flour until dough doesn't stick to the side of the bowl. Knead for 10 min. Then let dough rest for 10 min. Divide into 6 small loaf pans (greased) Bake at 350 for 30 min. Make up honey butter with softened butter, honey and vanilla. Whip all together.
