3 c. cooked chicken cut up
6 small potatoes quartered
2 onions cut up
6 carrots cut up
2 tsp. parsley
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. each of salt and pepper
1 can chicken broth
1 -8 oz pkg refrigerated biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken, also boil the vegetables until tender
( about 15 min), Mix vegetables and chicken in a baking/casserole dish. Blend flour, salt and pepper into 2 tbsp. margarine over med heat on stove top. Gradually add broth stirring until sauce boils and thickens. Pour over chicken and vegetables. Flatten biscuits slightly with hand and arrange over top of casserole. Brush with margarine. Bake 45 min at 350 or until biscuits are browned.
