1 tbsp yeast
1 1/2 c warm water
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp honey
3-4 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt and honey. Add enough flour to form a soft dough. Knead lightly. Divide into 16 equal portions and roll into sticks. Place in on a greased cookie sheet. Melt a cube of butter and drizzle over dough. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Let rise 15 minutes to 1/2 hour, however much time you have. Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes.
