14 oz (50-60) light caramels
1/2 c evaporated milk
1 pkg German chocolate cake mix
1/3 c evaporated milk
3/4 cube butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Melt together in double boiler the caramels and 1/2 c evaporated milk. Mix together in separate bowl with fork the rest of ingredients. Press 1/2 mixture in greased 9X13 pan. Bake 8 minutes at 350. Sprinkle 6 oz. chocolate chips over mixture. Pour caramel over and dot with other half of mixture. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350.
