1 egg, lightly beaten
1 can (5 oz.) evaporated milk
1 c. quick oatmeal
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chili powder
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
Sauce:
1 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. liquid smoke, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but beef together, then add beef and mix well. Shape into 1" balls and place in greased 15"X10" pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 18-25 minutes or until no longer pink. Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients in saucepan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes; stirring often. Pour over meatballs. Bake 10-12 minutes longer.
