2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
2 c milk
1/3-1/2 c Parmesan cheese
1/2-1 tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp cream cheese (optional)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and add flour to make a rue; slowly add in milk and mix well. Cook over medium heat until boiling, then add remaining ingredients to taste. Add cooked chicken cubes and serve over cooked fettuccine or linguine.
