1/3 c dry bread crumbs
1/4 c milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Combine and mix well. Shape into loaf or balls. For meatballs, cook at 400 for 20 minutes; for meatloaf, cook at 350 for 50-60 minutes
